This data helps us understand usage patterns and improve our services.

15. HIPAA & Data Aggregation

As a Business Associate under HIPAA, we maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all covered entities we serve. All Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in strict accordance with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

De-Identified Data Usage (45 CFR § 164.514)

We may create de-identified data sets in compliance with 45 CFR § 164.514 for the purposes of industry benchmarking, software improvement, aggregate analytics, and research. De-identified data cannot be traced back to any individual and is used solely to improve healthcare billing processes and outcomes.
