DrCareMSO LLC is a medical billing and healthcare management services company. We take over the billing work that pulls your team away from patients, and we do it inside the systems you already use.

What a management services organization does
A management services organization, or MSO, runs the business side of a medical practice. Your clinicians keep the care. The MSO takes on the work around it. DrCareMSO LLC is a healthcare MSO, and these are the areas we support.

What we are working toward

Our vision
A healthcare system where providers spend their time on patients, and the money side of the practice runs quietly in the background. We want practices to see billing as a steady, understood part of the business and not a source of worry.

Our mission
To give healthcare providers a revenue cycle that is accurate, compliant and easy to understand. We aim to be an extension of your practice: clear about what we do, plain about how we are paid and careful with every claim.
How working with us is set up
We work in your EHR
Your team keeps the system it already knows. We work inside your existing EHR or practice software, so there is no data migration and no new system to learn.
Our fee follows your collections
Pricing is mostly a percentage of collections, so our income moves with yours. A fixed fee is possible if you prefer one. We do not publish a price list, so ask us how fees would work for your practice.
Claims move in week one
First claims typically go out in the first week of onboarding. Exact timing can vary with your payers and your systems.
Certified coders on the team
Our team includes certified coders, so the people reading your documentation are trained to turn it into accurate claims.

A medical billing company usually focuses on one task: getting claims paid. An MSO covers more of the business side, such as credentialing, compliance and consulting, as well as billing. Many practices choose an MSO when they want one partner for several non clinical tasks. DrCareMSO offers medical billing and these wider services.
We support more than 50 practice types, from surgery and cardiology to labs, behavioral health and home care. Our specialties page lists them all. In depth guides are available for orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cardiology and pulmonology.

Medical billing basics
3 questionsRevenue cycle management, or RCM, covers every step that turns a patient visit into payment. It includes checking coverage, coding, submitting claims, posting payments and following up on denials and unpaid balances. Good RCM helps a practice collect what it has earned.
A denial means the payer refused to pay a claim as submitted. Common causes include missing authorization, coding or documentation gaps, eligibility problems and missed filing deadlines. Rules differ between payers. Many denials can be corrected and resubmitted or appealed, so quick follow up matters.
Prior authorization is approval from a payer before a service or procedure is performed. Requirements differ by payer and by service. Missing one can lead to a denied claim later, so checking early protects both the patient and the practice.
